(LM 202 MoS2 Anti-Friction Lacquer)

DESCRIPTION Rapid drying, resin-bound MoS2 Anti-Friction Lacquer dispersed in solvent. Produces a solid, adherent film of dry lubricant with low friction values.-

Coating thickness : 5 - 15 mm
Operating temperature range: up to 300 °C to +360 °C short time
Spreading rate (cover) : 7 m2/kg at 12.5 mm coating thickness
Drying : in approx. 5 min. touch dry/cure approx. 30 min.
at 20 °C

APPLICATION Used as a pre-treatment for drive elements under heavy loading such as gearwheels, racks, profiled shafts and joints. Lubrication during the assembly of press fittings, treatment of work pieces and tools for metal forming and metal processing.

INSTRUCTIONS The surfaces to be coated must be bare, free from grease and must be dry. Lightly roughening the surface by sand blasting, grinding with emery, etching or phosphating will produce the optimum service life for the film. Spray from the aerosol can, saving time in use.
Shake spray can well before use. Spray the sliding surface thinly and uniformly from about 15-20 cm and leave to cure at 20 °C for at least 30 min.
(Recommended coating thickness 5-15 mm).
When using this product, the relevant safety regulations for working with products containing solvents must be adhered to.

After use, clear spray nozzle by inverting can and spraying until only the propellant emerges.
